In this project, I conducted an in-depth analysis of Airbnb data to uncover key market trends, evaluate property performance, and provide actionable insights for hosts and potential investors. The analysis was based on a comprehensive dataset covering various attributes such as location, pricing, availability, reviews, and host information. My primary goal was to understand the factors that influence property success on the platform and to identify trends that can help stakeholders make informed decisions.
